Jamie McFarlane, LCT, CCC

Jamie McFarlane is a Licensed Counselling Therapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor who completed his Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. In addition, Jamie has completed the “Gottman Method Couples Therapy” Level 1 and 2 training. Jamie helps couples heal, rediscover intimacy & friendship, and improve their relationship through the use of research-based tools. Many couples seek marital therapy to overcome hardships and challenges, but Jamie makes it a priority to help couples achieve long lasting relational satisfaction as well. His expertise extends to helping couples overcome affairs and infidelity; working towards re-kindling passion and intimacy; addressing issues related to parenting and blended families; and addressing many other relational concerns including conflicts over finances, dating, and long distance relationships.

 

Mireille Robichaud, MSW RSW

Mireille is a Social Worker who is originally from Saint Louis de Kent. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work at the Université de Moncton. Following her formal education, Mireille has continued to improve her skills by participating in various trainings including Trauma, Grief, Recovery, and more. Mireille has provided services to couples, individuals and families with a wide variety of challenges including infidelity, communication, parenting, intimacy, trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss. She has been working in the mental health field for 20 years and her experience includes frontline, and leadership roles.

 

Mary Ann van Gaal, MA, RSW

Mary Ann has been a social worker since the late 80's after obtaining her Masters Degree from Dalhousie University. She has extensive clinical/counselling practice working with couples, families, and individuals. In addition to clinical counselling work, over her career, Mary Ann has worked in assisting social and community research, program development for community services and worked as the Associate Director in Field Training with a local university. Mary Ann has training in the "Developmental Model" from the Couples Institute. She has worked with couples experiencing a wide variety of challenges including communication, infidelity, parenting, intimacy, and couples experiencing major life changes.

 

Jillian Lavigne, LCT-C

Jillian is a Licensed Counselling Therapist who has worked in a variety of community mental health and private practice settings. She has recently completed her EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) training. She has worked with individuals and couples experiencing challenges related to trauma, addictions, communication, intimacy, depression, and anxiety.

 

Shannon

Gallagher, LCT-C, CCC, RCC

Shannon is a Licensed Counselling Therapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor who has worked in the field of mental health since 2016 in a variety of settings including both community mental health and private practice settings. Shannon’s other certifications include: AHDD-CCSP (ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider) & CSTIP (Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional). She has worked with individuals and couples experiencing a wide variety of situations relating to trauma, communication, infidelity, sex and intimacy, open-relationships, LGBTQ+, neurodiversity (ADHD and Autism), and chronic illnesses/pain.

 

Taylor Gaunce, LCT-C, CCC

Taylor holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology and a Doctorate in Counselling and Psychotherapy, both from Yorkville University. Taylor is a Licensed Counselling Therapist (Candidate) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor, and has training in a number of different therapeutic interventions including CBT, ITATM, and EMDR. She has been practicing as a counselling therapist for more than 7 years. Taylor enjoys working with a diverse network of clients and believes in a counselling approach which puts the client first and acknowledges that they are the expert in their own lives. Taylor has worked with couples in many different settings, most often on goals related to communication, parenting, navigating life with addiction, and conflict resolution. Taylor has also worked with individuals living with addiction issues, grief, and trauma.

 

Mallory Isaac, LCT-C, CCC

Mallory is a Licensed Counselling Therapist-Candidate with the New Brunswick College of Counselling Therapists. She is also a stagiaire en thérapie conjugale et familiale in Quebec. Her educational background includes a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Mount Allison University with a major in Psychology. Mallory has the “Gottman Method Couple Therapy (Level 1)” and is a certified “Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts” (SYMBIS) Assessment Facilitator. Mallory has also held multiple positions within her community of Listuguj Quebec, one of which was in Child and Family Services working with families and children. Her experience working with individuals, couples, foster families, students in educational settings, and seniors equips Mallory to work in a multitude of situations with various age groups.
